Shivani specializes in creating a safe and understanding space for clients from diverse backgrounds, with a deep focus on the challenges faced by immigrants and individuals navigating life transitions.

Further, her experience with children, youth, and young adults allows her to connect deeply with clients across different life stages. With years of experience working as an Educational Assistant (EA) in schools, Shivani has a thorough understanding of learning disabilities like ADHD and ASD, making her a trusted resource for individuals and families navigating these challenges. ‘

Shivani uses proven methods for therapy, including (but not limited to) Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Strength-Based Therapy for emotional regulation and practical coping tools/skills to help you.

Meet Lindsay, a compassion-focused therapist dedicated to guiding individuals on their journey toward self-discovery, growth, and healing. With a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive approach, Lindsay creates a safe space for clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and feelings without the fear of judgment or bias.

As a prior secondary teacher, her passion lies with helping adolescents and young adults navigate the complexities of life, build resilience, and develop the skills they need to thrive both personally and academically. Married nearly 10 years, Lindsay also works with couples to help navigate the complexity of relationship dynamics, using an EFT and Gottman approach, for lasting change.

Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, self-esteem, guilt/shame, relationships, trauma, ADHD, or navigating life/career transitions, Lindsay is here to support you. She meets her clients where they are and works collaboratively to help them better understand themselves and achieve their goals. Lindsay also aims to teach coping skills that help build resilience for lasting change outside of sessions.

Drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFT), Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical-Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Lindsay tailors her approach to each individual’s unique needs and preferences.

For unique in-person sessions experiences, play therapy, animal-assisted therapy (seasonal), and for those who prefer a more active approach, walk-and-talk therapy (ecotherapy), is available.
