My name is Chelsey and prior to becoming a therapist, I worked as an Educational Assistant in the school boards where I supported individuals with intellectual disabilities and developmental disabilities as well as Autism. Prior to that, I worked as a Family Support Worker and Developmental Services Worker. These experiences have reinforced my passion for helping others. I want to make a positive difference in peoples lives, particularly for those who are struggling within their mental health, emotional dysregulation and low self esteem, as I did in my own teenage years and young adult life.
